State of the Fleet
It's been an interesting quarter.
Like all fleets, we've had our ups and downs, but for the most part it's been good.
I'm honored to work with the fine group of COs we have here in Theta Fleet. They are dedicated, hard working men and women who care about their sims and their players. They try to do what they can to make their sims enjoyable and welcoming. I commend them for that.
Theta Fleet has always tried to be open and welcoming. Although we're not perfect, I think, overall, we've done a good job. We're still trying to improve the fleet and make it a better place to sim.
We welcome all who want to help with the fleet or make suggestions.

In recent weeks we've reopened the Theta Fleet Academy. It's now ready for those seeking Command and those who are new to simming.
In the coming weeks we're going to revamp the Theta Fleet Wiki.
And we'll be adding ships to the Ship Database.

On January 1st, Theta Fleet celebrates 3 years. A monumental achievement that is due to the quality players we have in this fleet. As its Commander, I thank all of you for your time and effort in making Theta Fleet the great place it is. I love this fleet and I love working with you. Thank you.
